Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Drive Apex. By using the platform you agree to them. This is a summary in plain language; a full legal version may be provided on request.
Using Apex
Apex is a marketplace connecting customers with independent rental companies. Apex facilitates discovery, verification, booking and payment, but the rental contract for each vehicle is between the customer and the rental company.
Bookings & payments
Customers pay the rental amount only. Payments are processed and held in escrow, and released to the rental company after handover is confirmed. Apex charges rental companies a commission on completed bookings.
Verification & conduct
Customers must provide genuine identification and a valid driving licence. Rental companies must list real vehicles with real photos and accurate details. Fraudulent listings, fake documents, or attempts to transact outside Apex may result in suspension.
Liability
Apex is not the owner of the vehicles listed. While we work to verify participants and protect payments, the condition, insurance and roadworthiness of each vehicle are the responsibility of the rental company providing it.
